PROJECT 01 · STUDYFLOW LAB

A study plan you can see and revise.

StudyFlow Lab is a free browser-based planner for university students. It helps you record study sessions and assessment dates in one weekly view. It is an organizational tool, not a learning assessment or academic adviser.

What you can do

01

Plan individual sessions

Record a subject, task, date, start time, duration, and priority. Sessions can be edited, marked complete, filtered by date or subject, or deleted.

02

Keep exam dates visible

Add assessment titles, subjects, dates, and optional notes. The countdown uses the date you enter; it does not check that date against your institution.

03

Review the week

Move between weekly schedules and see the sessions you recorded. A completion summary counts sessions you mark complete, not the quality or result of your study.

04

Back up your plan

Export session and exam records as JSON, then import a backup after confirmation. Custom background image files are stored separately and are not included in the JSON export.

Where your data lives

StudyFlow has no sign-in, account database, or cloud synchronization. Planner entries are stored in the browser profile or in an isolated, parent-managed store when used inside NichePilot’s preview. The app does not send planner content to an Asterisk World server.

That means data is not automatically available in another browser or device. Clearing browser/site data may remove it. Export a private backup before changing browsers or clearing storage.

What it does not claim

StudyFlow does not predict grades, measure learning, verify course deadlines, provide institutional advice, or prove that a particular planning method works for everyone. Its progress summaries are calculated from the entries you choose to record.
